TPG has signed an unusual share-swap deal with Indonesian buy-out group Northstar Pacific, to improve the U.S. private equity firm's access to Southeast Asia, the Financial Times reported Wednesday.
The deal stipulates that Northstar will take a stake of less than 5% in TPG, which will then get a 10-20% interest in the Indonesian company, the newspaper reported.                                           Saham2 yang akan di untungkan untk menambah portfolio mrka di indonesia adalah : DOID dan BTPN.
