13:38 erawati: Jababeka (KIJA IJ) to embark on two corporate actions:

    * Placements.  KIJA is seeking approval for two private placements:  US$110-150m note exchangeable into shares of the 100%-owned subsidiary, Jababeka Infrastructure, and US$40m senior note issuance.
    * To acquire Tanjung Lesung beach resorts (1,340ha).  This will cost Rp1.5tn or US$170m, and will be from a rights issue in the near future, which means 67% of current mkt cap.  We are not sure why the company goes into resort development from being an industrial estate play. (clsa-kz)
