KKGI- reported 1Q11 net profit of Rp82bn, in line with our FY11 forecast of Rp422bn- expect KKGI to book stronger performance in 2Q11and 2H11 on higher average selling price and production volume. We maintain our BUY call with TP of Rp5,150 for now.

ADRO- plans to refinance part of its $1.6bn debt and to acquire 2-3 coal mines this year. Adaro also declared final dividend of Rp20.5/share (0.9% yield)

BDMN- cum dividend Rp119.83 or 1.9% yield

TCID- declared final dividend of Rp340/ share or 4.3% yield

ADHI and WIKA's consortium is reported to be a strong candidate in the tender for the construction of a new building which later became the House debate. By this tender, revenue will increase dramatically ADHI rumored for 2011 this. DPR new building construction project will cost approximately USD 1.13 trillion. Regardless of political and other factors, the project is said to be a gold project of ADHI. Coupled with other major projects that await ADHI this year, one of which is a project contract Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) from the government so that an open opportunity for ADHI the price will up to IDR 1200 per share. Technically, the stock ADHI has demonstrated the potential of strengthening the golden cross with a supported volume buy. From trading yesterday, shares of ADHI rose 20 points (+2.33%) to Rp 880 per share. Traded with a volume of 9.61 million shares valued at 8:36 billion rupiah.

- BRI SEES Q1 NET PROFIT AT 4 TRLN RPH
Lender Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) expects net profit in the first quarter will reach around 4 trillion rupiah, up 85 percent compared to the same period last year, said Sofyan Basir, the bank’s CEO. (Investor Daily p.1)

- BCA ACQUIRES TRANSPACIFIC GENERAL INSURANCE
Indonesia’s biggest lender by market value Bank Central Asia (BCA) spent 40 billion rupiah to acquire an insurance company Transpacific General Insurance aiming to expand into insurance business, said the company’s deputy CEO Jahja Setiaatmadja, adding that it is currently submitting proposal to get approval from capital market supervisory agency. - ADARO TO ACQUIRE THREE COAL MINES
Adaro Energy plans to acquire up to three coal mines in Central and South Kalimantan and South Sumatera this year, said Garibaldi Thohir, the company’s CEO. Andre J. Mamuaya, the company’s director added it is currently considering to acquire mine company Bhakti Energi Persada that owns mine concession in East Kalimantan with coal reserves in Bulungan block of up to 110 million tonnes and in Kutai Timur of up to 5.6 billion tonnes. - BAKRIE TELECOM TO ADD 500 BTS
Bakrie Telecom will spend $200 million on capital expenditure that will be used to build 500 base transceiver stations (BTS) to add its current 4,000 units, said Muhammad Danny Buldansyah, the company’s deputy CEO. (Investor Daily p.10)

- PP WINS  GAS POWER PLANT CONTRACT
Construction firm Pembangunan Perumahan (PP) won BOOT (build, own, operate, and  transfer) contract of gas power plant project worth $59 million in Talang Duku, South Sumatera, said Musyanif, the company’s CEO, adding that it has set up a joint venture with Bangun Energy resources, Navigat Energy, SCN Lavalin and General Electric.
