Morgan Chase JPM +3.00% initially estimated at $2 billion may have ballooned to as much as $9 billion, according to a New York Times report. The report, citing sources described as having been briefed on the situation, said that J.P. Morgan has already exited more than half of the soured position, having previously stated that it aimed to clear the position by early 2013. The trade was executed by the bank's chief investment office in London -- whose top executive, Ina Drew, was brought down by the incident -- and first came to light May 10. Jakarta - PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS) membentuk anak usaha bernama PT PGN LNG Indonesia dengan modal disetor sebesar Rp375 miliar.

Demikian mengutip keterbukaan informasi di BEI, Rabu (27/6/2012). Langkah ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan usaha hilir di bidang lequefied natural gas (LNG). Bidangnya tidak terfokus pada pengolahan, pengangkutan an penyimpanan serta niaga.

Perseroan memiliki saham mayoritas sebesar 99,986% dengan total modal disetor sebesar Rp375 miliar. Untuk posisi direktur utama dipegang Doddy Adianto dan direktur dijabat Nisi Setyobudi. Sedangkan posisi komisaris utama, Sri Budi Mayaningsih serta Heri Yusup sebagai komisaris.

Posisi perseroan dinilai memiliki dwi fungsi, selain yang menjalankan fungsi pengangkutan atau transporter sekaligus niaga atau trader gas bumi melalui pipa. Operasional yang tidak efisien dibebankan ke hulu atau pembeli gas. Akhirnya, perseroan diposisikan sebagai transporter saja sehingga tata niaga gas menjadi lebih efisien.

Saham PGAS kemarin ditutup turun Rp25 menjadi Rp3.475 dengan volume 33.562 sebilai Rp58,5 miliar sebanyak 1.,671 kali transaksi.
