14:50  REMINDER::: JP MORGAN - PGAS Perusahaan Gas Negara
Renegotiation risk likely to be priced in; upgrade to
Neutral

· Renegotiation risk likely to be priced in; upgrade to Neutral but with lower
price target of Rp3,300: Our sensitivity analysis in our August 4, 2011 report
“BPMigas seeks to raise gas sale price for PGAS”, suggests that at the current
share price of Rp3,200, the potential upward price adjustment of gas supply
from Conoco Phillips (US$1.85/MMbtu) and Pertamina (US$2.1/MMbtu) to
US$5.0-5.5/MMbtu has been priced in. Consequently, we upgrade PGAS from
UW to Neutral, but lower our DCF-based Jun-12 price target from Rp3,750 to
Rp3,300. We have not adjusted our earnings forecasts (which are relatively in
line with those of consensus), but have increased our discount

13:36  JAKARTA (Dow Jones)--Bank Indonesia expects capital inflow to the country to
remain strong, and be even stronger if the U.S. Federal Reserve authorizes a
third round of quantitative easing, the governor of the central bank told
  reporters Wednesday.
"Capital inflow may also come to countries that could give high return,"
Bank Indonesia Gov. Darmin Nasution said.
He said the central bank is preparing some anticipative steps to cope with
  the expected influx.
On the movement of the local currency against the U.S. dollar, Nasution
said the central bank will stay "on guard against volatility of the rupiah on
the money market." He didn't elaborate.
