Sept. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Siam Cement Pcl said its SCG
Chemicals Co. unit bought a 30 percent stake in Indonesia’s PT
Chandra Asri Petrochemical.
The Bangkok-based company bought 218.5 million shares from
PT Barito Pacific and 701.3 million shares from Apleton
Investments Ltd. at 4,088 rupiah a share, valuing the
transaction at 13.5 billion baht, the company said in a
statement today.
