PGAS and Hoegh Rekind sign FSRF contract
PGAS and Hoegh Rekind have signed a contract to provide LNG Floating Storage and Regasification Facilities (FSRF) in Belawan, Medan and North Sumatera with capacities of regasification of up to 20 mmscfd.
This contract was a follow up to the HOA they signed previously, with the second regas plant expected to come onstream by 2015. We expect minimal near term contribution because of potential start-up losses, but the development will enhance PGAS’ longer term growth opportunities by allowing it to import LNG. Maintain Buy for PGAS with DCF-derived TP of Rp4,150. Key catalysts are the completion of LNG terminals and new gas supply contracts to boost gas volume.



10:15  PT Laguna Cipta Griya Tbk (LCGP) berniat menerbitkan saham baru (rights issue) di semester I-2012. Saham ini nantinya akan diserap oleh mitra strategis, Grup Saga, perusahaan migas asal Amerika Serikat (AS).
Sayangnya, ketika dikonfirmasi mengenai berita ini, Direktur Utama Laguna Cipta Alwi Bagir Mulachela tak mau berbicara banyak. Dia hanya bilang, pihaknya telah menjalin kerja sama dengan Grup Saga. Ada kemungkinan, Grup Saga melakukan backdoor listing LCGP.
Lebih lanjut, Alwin bilang, jika saat ini pihaknya secara bersama-sama Grup Saga akan mengembangkan bisnis migas, dan melupakan properti yang selama ini perseroan garap. "Mitra Saga Group. Mereka masuk melalui rights issue yang akan kita lakukan semester I," kata Bagir di Jakarta, Kamis (26/1).
