13:53 PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk melalui anak usaha, PT Buana Surya Makmur, meraih penjualan dari proyek Green Lake Sunter sebesar Rp 1,3 triliun. Nilai tersebut diperoleh dari penjualan 2.172 unit apartemen di dua menara, 63 rumah mewah, dan 49 unit area komersial.
Sekretaris Perusahaan PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk F Justini Omas mengatakan, proyek yang ada di kawasan terpadu Green Lake Sunter sampai saat ini sudah terjual semuanya.
“Ini merupakan satu-satunya proyek kami yang terjual 100%,” tutur dia seusai acara penutupan atap (topping off) apartemen Southern Lake Residence di Sunter, Jakarta Utara, Kamis (19/4).

11:00 BBTN: Bank Tabungan Negara (BBTN) plans to have rights issue that will dilute the government’s stake by 10-12%. They plan to raise around Rp1.6t additional capital. This rights issue is expected to improve CAR to above 20% as currently BTN’s CAR sits around at 16%. Moreover, during yesterday’s RUPS, BTN will pay 20% dividend amounting Rp.223.73b, this is equal to Rp25.4 dividend/share (2% yields). (Bisnis Indonesia)
Comment: Assuming current shares outstanding of 8.8b, BBTN will issue around 968m new shares (11% from total outstanding) from the rights issue. With the current market price of Rp1,240, they will only be able to raise Rp1.2t which is far below the target. If they aim to raise Rp1.6t with 11% new shares, the share price should be traded around Rp1,650/share which is 33% above current valuation or they have to issue more shares in order to raise Rp1.6t.
